Kenn Visbeen
Owner
Kenneth Visbeen started KV Builders, LLC in 2019. He has been involved in construction since the 1980’s graduating from SUNY at Delhi with a Construction Management degree. Kenn began his career in a family commercial construction company started by his grandfather 96 years ago, as a union carpenter. Kenn has recently concluded a six-year term on the Board of Directors for the Eastern Christian Children’s Retreat, a non-profit organization serving the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He is currently serving as Clerk of Council and Elder at Rockpoint Community Church in North Haledon, NJ, where he also serves as a Kid’s Worship Leader, Sunday School Teacher, and Operations Team Consultant.
Sharon Visbeen

Sharon graduated from Calvin College with a BS in Accountancy. She earned her CPA shortly afterward. Sharon worked for 14 years for Merck-Medco starting her career as a Staff Accountant and leaving as Director of Finance. Sharon enjoys serving as Treasurer of Rockpoint Community Church in North Haledon, NJ. She has also served on the Board of Directors for Eastern Christian School Association, North Haledon, NJ, as well as many years on the Board of Directors for New City Kids, Jersey City, NJ.

KV Builders LLC was established by Kenn Visbeen in 2019. Kenn was a partner/owner in a family construction company for more than 25 years with over 30 years of construction experience. In 2019 he established KV Builders to bring the next generation into the construction business.
